Welcome to OneNinety, a boutique mixed-use tower designed to connect forward-thinking businesses through a collection of modern, hybrid spaces, built to meet the needs of the workforce of today and tomorrow.

Boasting a curated selection of amenity and facilities across 12 floors, OneNinety has established itself as Perth’s hybrid headquarters – acting as a social condenser of work, life and cultural experiences in the CBD.

PAST

OneNinety is located on Noongar Boodja and has a rich history predating European settlement. The land is intertwined with the history of the Aboriginal peoples who have inhabited the region for thousands of years. The traditional owners of the land on which Perth now stands are the Whadjuk Noongar people of the Noongar nation.

A legacy of pioneering change through generations.

Built in 1982 by British entrepreneur Lord Alistair McAlpine, OneNinety runs deep in Perth’s history as a building that’s pioneered change. Fiveight purchased the building in 2020, transforming the space into an A-grade office building with over 9,200 square metres of lettable floorspace.

Testament to Fiveight’s approach of preserving legacy during revitalisation, OneNinety features distinct moments of history in the building’s design. This includes preservation of the Cross of St George shield, retained from the building’s time as Yorkshire House in 1930, which has been re-erected in the OneNinety courtyard. To this day, OneNinety continues to pioneer change through its legacy as Perth’s first hybrid headquarters.

Fiveight made a conscious decision to optimise sustainability by redesigning the existing OneNinety building to provide modern amenity, in place of demolishing the building, to decrease the carbon footprint for the new-look tower.

OneNinety is proud to showcase a number of environmental features, such as; an integrated building management system with a focus on optimising environmental operations, solar panels on the building’s rooftop to provide green energy and the use of LED lighting throughout the building and common areas, all with a view to improve the building’s environmental impact.

Lobby Lounge
OneNinety’s Lobby Lounge is designed to encourage visitors to linger and relax. An inviting, comfortable space that can be used as a break-out meeting space, or a comfortable place to sit and take five, the Lounge is designed for all to enjoy.

Central Concierge
OneNinety’s dedicated Central Concierge has been introduced to help make your workplace experience seamless. A Guest Relations Manager is on hand during weekdays to provide information, assistance, and to greet clients and guests.

Mezzanine Club Boardroom
A new communal conference room, OneNinety’s Mezzanine Club Boardroom acts as the perfect space to host large meetings or events. Located at the rear of the building, with access to the Living Courtyard, boardroom facilities are bookable via the OneNinety app or through Central Concierge on-site.

Premium End of Trip
Designed for the perfect start and finish to a day in the office, OneNinety’s End-of-Trip area features premium bathroom facilities including towel services, 72 secure lockers, storage for 36 bikes, e-bike and e-scooter charging, and a bike repair station.

OneNinety is located at 190 St Georges Terrace, in the heart of the Perth’s Central Business District. The building is also accessible via Hay Street, with the OneNinety laneway providing a direct connection between two of Perth’s most connected addresses .

Parking is aplenty in Perth CBD’s multi-story car parks, with convenient freeway access from OneNinety allowing you to be at a cross-town meeting, or even Perth Airport, within minutes.
